Access rights are granted on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for personal, educational use only.
You may not share your login details, course materials, or download links with any third party.
3. Consumer Statutory Rights & Immediate Supply Acknowledgment
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers generally have a 14-day statutory right to cancel a contract for digital content.
However, by completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to our digital content/courses, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that you express waive of your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal once access or download begins. This does not affect your voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee outlined in our Refund Policy, nor your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed digital content under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
